Sin la cándida apariencia del niño que peleó contra la bruja junto al gran Leon, Skandar está dedicado por el momento a realizar actividades solidarias.
Recientemente siguió la pista al Lobo Gris en las Montañas de Jura, en Suiza como parte de su trabajo con la IUCN (Union Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza). Como sabrán, el Lobo Gris constantemente asociado a historias mágicas sobre lobos es una de las especies animales más amenazadas del planeta, por lo que muchos países incluyendo Estados Unidos han dado leyes especiales para su protección.
Y muy temprano en el mes, Skandar llevó alegría a los niños de la William Tyndale School llevándoles un baul de obsequios para su laboratorio de ciencias, que pertenecían a su abuelo científico Charles Darwin. Él también está estudiando Ciencias, pero el próximo mes de julio tendrá que alejarse temporalmente de los libros para filmar en Australia la tercera película de Crónicas de Narnia.
